In positive psychology, a flow state, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.

In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does, and a resulting loss in one's sense of space and time.

Capturing the last days, destruction, scrapping and

move for some of the workers to the modern

A lot of celebrity photoshoots don’t go well,
I’ve been gased, wing-walking, run over by a F1 Ferrari,
In a boxing ring with Frank Bruno and in Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen.

Keys & film have been locked in the car by the assistant.
The subjects performance last night was very ‘iffy’.
Or the journo has upset the subject with that 'killer question'.
The agent is hungover and counting down from 10...

It's going to be a squeeze, fast, as much stress or pressure, with a level of panic to top off.
But at least enough time. That’s all I need.
